How do I fill my eJuice tank?

1. Unscrew the Drip Tip (mouthpiece) and set aside. (On a bottom fill tank unscrew the bottom and set aside.)

2. Looking into the top or bottom of the tank, you will see a small round tube. DO NOT get eJuice into this tube. Slightly leaning the tank will make filling easier.

3. Use the needle point on your eJuice bottle to direct the liquid to the side of the small tube until it is approximately 3/4 full.

4. Replace Drip Tip or bottom by screwing clockwise until it is secure.

5. VERY IMPORTANT, before screwing your tank onto the battery, draw heavily on the Drip Tip several times. This helps to prime the wick. For the best results, let the tank sit for a few minutes so the wick can absorb the eJuice.

How do I turn my battery on and off?

By rapidly pressing the battery button 5 times within 2 seconds will turn it ON if it is OFF.

Rapidly pressing the button 5 times within 2 seconds will turn the battery OFF if it is ON.

When comparing eJuice to cigarettes, how much eJuice equals a pack of cigarettes?

5ml bottle = 5 packs

10ml bottle = 1 carton

30ml bottle = 3 cartons

(Individuals will vary, eJuice may not last as long)

When will I know it is time to purchase a new tank or new wick?

1. When you draw on the Drip Tip (mouthpiece) and you get no vape, this indicates the coil has quit working.

2. When you draw on the Drip Tip and the eJuice tastes burnt or very bad, this indicates the wick is burnt and must be replaced.

How long does a tank or wick last?

Individuals will vary and depending on how much you vape. A disposable tank or wick should last 1-3 weeks.

Things that will help them last longer:

Keep the tank at least 1/4 full at all times.

Vape at lower voltage on your battery.

VERY IMPORTANT - Prime your tank before use!!

What does variable voltage mean?

The eGo Twist is the most popular battery device. It can be adjusted from 3.2 volts to 4.8 volts. Higher voltage means a warmer vape, also a larger and more satisfying vape. Higher voltage is harder on your tank coils.

What does OHMS mean on my coils?

OHMS is the resistance to current flow through your tank heating coil. The setting below will help you determine where to set your voltage with the OHMS of your coil.

OHms of Coil --------------- Volts on Battery

1.8 ohm ________________ 3.2 - 4.0 volts

2.2 - 2.4 ohm ____________ 4.0 - 4.5 volts

2.5 - 2.8 ohm ____________ 4.5 - 4.8 volts

What is the life of my battery?

If maintained properly, your battery should last around 300 cycles of charging and discharging.

Is there Nicotine in my eJuice?

Yes, unless you order it with 0 nicotine.

What are the different Nicotine levels?

24mg per ml - Full Flavor Cigarettes

18mg per ml - Light Cigarettes

12mg per ml - Ultra Light Cigarettes

0mg per ml - No Nicotine (flavor only)

Can I stop using Nicotine completely?

I want to start vaping, what nicotine level do I start with?

What is the difference between a Atomizer and a Cartomizer?

In an Atomizer, the wicks transfer the eJuice to the heating coil head.

In a cartomizer, the heating coil is in the filter where the eJuice is stored.

Normally, a correctly saturated Cartomizer has a cleaner taste.
